Pool was closed both days, which was very disappointing since that was the reason we booked here. Upon arrival I couldn’t find a desk clerk, so we left and came back 30 minutes later . “I really enjoyed the staff upon check-in and the room was nice. Although it’s completely out of the Hotel’s control, a few people were in the parking lot being really loud about 3 am.”

“The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He tried to get us a room close to everything and was very nice to work with. But we ended up with a handicapped room and the only thing different was that it had a chair to use in the bathtub. The walls were patched up in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very low.
