“It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

The hallway carpets were quite worn and look dirty. The room was fine, but the mattress was horrible. It is a metal spring mattress with a fairly thin top cover. It was like sleeping on cement.
