“This was such an unexpectedly delightful hotel. We loved our stay here. Our room in the Chamberlain House was large, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Great scallop dinner at the bar and grill downstairs. We will stay here again when we visit New England. Highly recommend.”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“L’hotel scelto è sufficientemente costoso e ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono. Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “We were actually in a section detached from the main hotel, A little inconvenient because it was raining and we had to go out in the rain to get to the fitness center. BUT it was a very quiet area, which was actually more important to us. Room and bathroom were very large. Floor didn't look dirty but when we wiped up some spilled water there was a lot of dirt on it. Cabinet in bathroom needed to be resanded and stained. But overall very nice.”
