When we arrived, the pool was out of order and never been notified. Went to room, the toilet was off the wall and the heater did not work very well. The next morning, i woke up with a bad rash from my neck to my chest.

John at front desk was friendly and helpful. Noticed him also working to keep property clean (A+). Breakfast personnel friendly and efficient as well. Really enjoyed our stay.
