"Host not on duty. 10pm had to call to get in. Next day cleaning family stayed right outside my door talking Right up until 11am check out. Hostess several times used the N word I did not appreciate that.Facility was fine Lady In Charge is rude and inconsiderate. I'd replace her.Bad for business."
