Esclusivo palazzo vittoriano indipendente, terreno maturo dalle favolose lunghe spiagge sabbiose e parchi per famiglie di Appley all'estremità orientale del lungomare di Ryde. Rilassati sulla terrazza appartata della trappola, nuota nella tua piscina privata riscaldata (da aprile a fine ottobre), rilassati nella grande vasca idromassaggio, barbecue in giardino o sulla spiaggia. GRANDI PASSEGGIATE INVERNALI TROPPO, SALA GIOCHI, 2 SALA TV CON SPORT E FILM INDIPENDENTI, TV GRANDI, WIFI.

Un ampio parcheggio privato per veicoli e barche sul vialetto circolare, privato e sicuro con grandi cancelli in ferro battuto. Perfetto per fughe esclusive, vacanze al mare in famiglia, feste in casa per il fine settimana, celebrazioni e soggiorni di lavoro. Cammina lungo il bellissimo lungomare fino a collegamenti veloci e frequenti sulla terraferma, ad esempio il centro di Londra 2 ore.

Ristoranti, bar, locali notturni, negozi, porto turistico, tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Tennis da tavolo, biliardo, piscina, tavolo da pranzo enorme con 16 posti a sedere, grande cucina abitabile, passeggiata sulla spiaggia di sabbia sicura. Settimanale, infrasettimanale, fine settimana ad uso esclusivo.


Appley Beach House è una grande residenza indipendente vittoriana di tre piani ad Appley Beach, Ryde, una storica città balneare sulla splendida isola di Wight, molto amata dalla regina Vittoria. Passeggia sotto le querce secolari nei prati direttamente sul lungomare e sulle sicure spiagge sabbiose di Appley - mozzafiato nella luce del primo mattino e mentre il sole sorge sulla spiaggia e sul mare con colori spettacolari.

Rilassatevi in ampie camere dal soffitto alto comodamente ed elegantemente arredate con mobili antichi, letti a baldacchino e king size, grandi divani e poltrone, sala giochi con ping pong e tavolo da biliardo, sala da pranzo formale con enorme sala da pranzo antica, soleggiata sala da pranzo con cucina rilassata con vista sul cortile coperto di lastricato che prende il sole tutto il giorno con piscina riscaldata interrata (da metà maggio a fine settembre) e grande vasca idromassaggio (tutto l'anno). Salotti spaziosi e confortevoli con TV SKY a grande schermo, DVD.

La piscina è recintata e può essere protetta dalla proprietà e dal parco.

Goditi l'ottima cucina vicino con vista sulla spiaggia; barbecue sulle terrazze delle trappole solari; raggiungere a piedi una scelta di ristoranti, bar, locali notturni, negozi e poi passeggiare verso casa sul lungomare. Pre-organizza pasti favolosi a tua scelta da preparare per te a casa in occasioni speciali o per l'intero soggiorno, se lo desideri.

Andare a Londra tutti i giorni per lavoro o per turismo è facile con 7 minuti a piedi sul lungomare, 15 minuti di traghetto che collega il treno veloce due volte ogni ora. Porta a porta nel centro di Londra 2 ore. per lavoro o per gioco. Campo d'aviazione privato 5 miglia. Taxi dagli aeroporti di Londra e Southampton. Auto e barche sono al sicuro sul vialetto circolare recintato.

Il piano inferiore può funzionare come unità privata con 3 camere da letto all'interno della casa, se necessario per famiglie / gruppi / personale che stanno insieme.

We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it.

A large group of us stayed over a bank holiday weekend. The house was brilliant and very spacious. The location was only 10 minutes walk from Ryde hover craft station and a short distance from Ryde centre for evening activities. The host was excellent with communication and check in and check out was very smooth. The house was clean, both inside and out. I would highly recommend.

We stayed for a 70th birthday and the house was amazing. Loads of space for everyone. Bedrooms were a great size, the games room was a hit with the children and the outside space was perfect when the sun was shining. Couldn’t fault one bit and would recommend for a big family getaway.

13 of us stayed in this house early September. The house was great - so much space and so many bedrooms that most people got their own room. We had a BBQ, played beer pong on the table tennis table and made use of the heated pool. Comms was great with the host who welcomed us on arrival and then left us to have a great weekend. Couldn’t recommend the beach house enough. It was like staying in a hotel without the staff. All the amenities we could ever need - including a well equipped kitchen which is a must for a large group. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Many thanks

We had a fantastic weekend for my brother's birthday. 2 minute walk from the beach / parks / pubs, 5 minute drive to a large supermarket. The pool and games room are great for a group of mates having a reunion. Lovely kitchen, lovely bedrooms - most having ensuites. Property Manager Stephen was great as well, helping with ferries and answering various questions. Would happily recommend :)

This was our second time renting this house as it’s perfect for our family get together. There’s lots of space for the kids and they enjoyed the games room, hot tub and nice warm swimming pool. The house is homely and you don’t worry about leaving a cushion out of place, unlike some of the rental properties I’ve stayed in. Location is great as the beach is a stones throw away.

Unfortunately we had to call out the cleaners on arrival as all bathrooms on the lower floor were really dirty, which was rather disappointing. She worked so hard for at least 3 hours. The WiFi did not work at all and we were unable to find the hub to ensure it was plugged in. However the pool was lovely and so was the location .After the initial blip, we had a lovely holiday. (It would have been nice to have 2 dishwashers as there were 18 of us )

We were family group of 15. The space offered by Appley Beach House was ideal, never feeling that we were on top of each other. Younger kids loved the pool and the games room. Adults appreciated the well-fitted kitchen and dining space. Steven and Rebecca very clear and friendly in all communications. Would highly recommend Appley Beach House.

This house is completely designed for large family groups or groups of friends. It has a large games room indoors and the pool and hot tub are a wonderful feature. Loads of bedrooms and bathrooms, huge fully equipped kitchen and pubs and restaurants nearby. Cannot fault it.

We were a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 older children (15-17) and enjoyed a wonderful week at this fantastic house. We were lucky enough to enjoy spectacular weather so were able to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub to the maximum! Being a couple of minutes walk from the beach also meant that we could pop there at the drop of a hat. The house itself had everything we could ask for and if we had any issues help was only a text away! We were within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, bars, shops and the pier. Also about a 10 minute drive from the ferry terminal at Fishbourne. I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed for a week with all the family, fantastic property and location. Kitchen well equipped had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend renting this property, communication with owners who we met on the first day was brilliant. We were a party of six adults and five children. We were very happy indeed with the accommodation in this large and spacious house. Having rooms in a "basement" was brilliant; our daughter's family complete with crying baby were totally out of earshot of the rest of us. The swimming pool and hot-tub were as described and very secure. The beach was very close by. Highly recommended.

This is such a brilliant house! I could not have picked a better place for our family gathering this year on the magical Isle of Wight. Whole group so pleased with everything -- cleanliness, space, views, location, swimming pool, hot tub, kitchen, facilities, and we are certainly looking to come back again soon!!

We had hired Appley beach house for my Aunts surprise 70th with family, there was 16 of us and still plenty of room. Communication brilliant, very accommodating, met all our needs and more! Location was perfect for town and beach. Thank you for such a great trip.
