Experience Coastal Charm in Rye, NH

Welcome to your laid-back beach escape across from beautiful Rye Beach. This newly refurbished, ocean facing, 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo sits on the second floor of a classic coastal triplex (note: no elevator), and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. With private access to the beach, stroll the sand, fire up your laptop with a view, or walk across the street to Petey’s Famous Seafood for a lobster roll.
Whether you’re here to unplug or plug in by the sea, this spot makes it easy to do both.

* 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (located in bin on the lower level)
* Beach towels will be in each room (1 per person)

Spacious second-floor apartment with private backyard access via outdoor stairs to your own deck. Includes a large sectional, big-screen TV, sunroom, and ocean views.
Private Beach access through the back yard, just steps away!!!
There are 2 other units in the building, so please be respectful to your neighbors.

No public transit available

- To rent this property, guests must be 25 years of age or older.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE
- Toiletries/essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
- There is free parking available for 2 vehicles (off street parking). Additional guests can park along Rt. 1A if space allows it. gets super busy during Summer months
- If you are traveling with small or very young children, please be mindful that the home is close to Ocean Blvd that is a busy road; we don't have any child safety features available such as outlet covers, cabinet locks etc.
- Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Don't forget to log out.
- Please note: there is NO Dishwasher, NO Washer/Dryer (4 miles away laundromat though)
- Please use the grill only on the deck and not anywhere adjacent to the house
- This home is NOT pet friendly
