LOUNGE – Bright living area, with double french doors opening up onto decking, Plenty of comfy freestanding sofas, large wall hanging TV with freeview. Cosy electric fireplace.

KITCHEN – Lots of worktop and cupboard space equipped with everything you may need if you choose to stay in and cook. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and separate fridge/freezer nestled under the worktops.

DINING ROOM - Separate dining room with large dining table and seating for 6 but space for more.

BEDROOMS – Spacious Master bedroom with king-size bed, with walk in changing room and en suite toilet and bath with shower.. Second and third bedroom each with 2 single beds.

BATHROOMS – Main bathroom has good size shower, toilet and sink. En suite in master bedroom with bath,shower, WC & basin.

PARKING - Private parking space beside the lodge.

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

The local bus stops about 1 minute walk from the lodge, and gives easy access to Rye, Hastings and even Brighton.
