With all the modern amenities, our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind, whilst being only a few minutes walk to 7 miles of sand and sea. If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family.
A Beautiful Modern Holiday Home -
This stunning, top-of-the-range property is perfectly situated in the newest part of the park, enjoying sunshine throughout the day. With private parking and a full wraparound deck complete with outdoor furniture, it’s the ideal spot to relax with a drink or enjoy some al fresco dining.
Inside, the property has been finished to a very high standard. The spacious open-plan lounge offers comfortable sofas where you can unwind after a day of exploring, with double French doors opening directly onto the large deck.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay, including a full American-style fridge-freezer, integrated dishwasher, and washer dryer—making life that bit easier while on holiday.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two inviting bedrooms (a master en-suite and a twin room), plus an additional double sofa bed in the lounge. The main bathroom features a generous shower, while the master bedroom boasts its own private en-suite with bath, shower, and WC.

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 72 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
Lead booker must be at least 25 years old.
Any bookings with all adults must contact us in advance to be approved due to the property being on a family holiday park.
