“The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. “Das Hotel ist einfach super. Ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Service leitet den Tag ein. Sehr gut war der eingedeckt Tisch an meinem Geburtstag. Ein tolles kleines Geschenk bereitete mir viel Freude. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wünschenswert wäre eine Tee- und Kaffeestation auf dem Zimmr, das ansonsten gut ausgestattet ist. Auch das Bad mit 2 Waschbecken ist sehr gut ausgestattet.”

Personale molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Altro suggerimento riguarda tre cose: kit spazzolino denti dentifricio, kit rasoio e ciabattine per gli ospiti.”

“The apartment is spacious and nice. Clothes drying rack not heated and the heater must be turned off, but there is a portable heater we can use. It is not easy to find the apartment and checking in was a little challenging because we do not have the phone service to call the host to let us in the apartment. But fortunately, my husband was able to call family via Facebook messenger and inturn the family call the host for us.”

“Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant. We decided to take again the car and go for a trip. “Das Hotel liegt schön ruhig im Wald. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind seh schön eingerichtet und beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei und es wird schnell auch alles wieder aufgefüllt. Man hat wirklich nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen bestimmt bald mal wieder.”
