“Park Point is a gem! The property is clean, safe and beautiful. A warm breakfast and friendly staff make mornings comfortable. Tired after your journey? They have scented, warmed towels for you and a s’mores bar for the littles (ok, and maybe you too!) The pool is warm, the spa hot and the sauna is fire!! The 2 gals at the front desk were very nice and extra helpful. When my UBER app wouldn’t work, I asked for taxi cab phone numbers and started calling and the gal at the front desk came out and she had taken it upon herself & got us a ride with her personal phone. “The best continental breakfast we've had at a hotel. Very clean and accommodating. A hottub would be nice or the pool warmer, but very clean. ”

“The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Close to everything in Canal Park and the lake walk is great to explore finding sea glass. Staff are very accommodating. We were very excited that they accept pets. Would stay AGAIN.”

“Super cute boutique look, loved the black out blinds…slept til 9 thinking it was 6! Very nice Nespresso coffee machine. My only small suggestion for room 10 is more hooks for towels and coats, and maybe a makeup mirror/light (bathroom is a bit dark to apply makeup).”

“Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice.”

“We have stayed at this hotel several times. The breakfast for this recent stay was absolutely disappointing. We arrived at 830am and they had run out of several things. Granted the hotel was sold out, but management should have planned for it. Running out of numerous items after only 1.5 hours is bad management. The buffet consisted of whole oranges and apples, blueberry yogurts, English muffins and sliced bread, cereal, gloppy oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage. No muffins, pastries, cut...

“Enjoyed our one night staycation and everything was perfect in my opinion! The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved...
