Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottimi servizi come il transfer gratuito da e per il centro città, colazione discreta e piatti molto gustosi per uno spuntino. Unico difetto della stanza: le condizioni del bagno sono piuttosto trasandate. Molto pulito, ma con una vasca estremamente rovinata, tanto da sembrare sporca. Al contrario, l'hotel (il bagno, la camera e le parti comuni) è estremamente pulito. ”

“L' hotel è molto bello, con piscina e palestra. Il ristorante per la colazione si trova nella strada di fronte. Purtroppo lo staff non ha mai risposto a numerose email inviate per prenotare dei transfer dalla stazione bus e aeroporto. La camera assegnatami, molto bella, era sull'ala in rifacimento, quindi con operai e calcinacci a terra. I portasapone erano quasi vuoti. In compenso la colazione era ricca e la qualità del sonno molto buona.”

“Me and my partners spent 4 nights here and we love it. The room is clean and good service and love the free breakfast. The only thing I not really happy is the laundry is a little too expensive. ”

The courtyard and pool are stunning, and most rooms come with big balconies overlooking the peaceful setting. Evenings are a treat too—their drink menu is surprisingly sophisticated for Laos and makes winding down after a day of exploring even better.”

“A wonderful treasure in the city. Close to restaurants, markets and landmarks. Room was spotless and faced the inner courtyard, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower took some time to figure out as it alternated between freezing and scalding but you need to not have it at full pressure. After that it was fine. “Booked a room with hot tub, given a room with no hot tub at first. Told the receptionist and given a room with a hot tub that is not working. No refunds and nothing extra given. Water heater not working 90% of the time and water boiler is so dirty. ”
