Rustic styled villa with private pool and garden in Crestatx, Majorca North, a 15 minutes' drive from the beach. There's space for 4 guests.
The exterior of the house is a true oasis of tranquility. The 12 x 4 meter pool, with a depth of 1.25 to 2.12 meters, is complemented by an outdoor shower for added convenience. The private garden has ample spaces for games, reading, or simply relaxing in the sun. A wrap-around terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor meals, while the built-in barbecue offers the option of organizing pleasant cookouts. The combination of pool, garden, and terrace ensures hours of entertainment and relaxation under the warm Mallorcan climate.

Inside, the house stands out for its functional and cozy design. The living room with a fireplace and satellite TV is located next to the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with the rest of the family or friends. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 1 single bed each, and two full bathrooms with a bathtub, all designed for comfortable and practical accommodation. The air conditioning in the living room guarantees coolness during the warmest days. Additionally, there is a cot and high chair and a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The property is a home away from your home, with a rustic and very charming atmosphere in one of the best areas of Mallorca. Don't go on vacation just anywhere – make your vacation an unforgettable experience! In just a 20-minute drive, you can reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and enjoy a cocktail admiring the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants to eat paella and enjoy stunning views. Furthermore, you can also go to the lively Can Picafort promenade, which contrasts with the tranquility of the Playas de Muro (Muro Beaches). We also recommend the areas of Port d'Alcúdia and Pollença.

"TRADITIONAL' is correct but add TIRED and wants Care & Attention

In the photos a good semi detached villa but sadly there has been very little upgrades done since the property was built in the 1960"s...the only saving grace was the pool but in very much need of general maintenance.... many broken mosaic tiles.. we simply asked Homerti the morning after we arrived for a pool net because the ones at the pool were completely torn.. Albert contacted the Owner who advised them that they would be out on the Monday with a new net and to fix the Air Conditioner in the Lounge. we never saw the Owner at all so we left on the Thursday morning. The Property I am sure was very nice when it was built but properties need maintenance and Hibiscus has seen very little in my opinion. We arrived on a Friday afternoon at 4.30 pm and strangely was only given the key code 15 minutes before arrival which was advised from 4.0 pm onwards.In conclusion if you want to live in the past a good choice but take your own net /lighter and BBQ utensils and fan...... if the property had been well maintained a different story

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Bilder und Beschreibungen in der Anzeige haben zu 100% gepasst. Der Ablauf und die Kommunikation zu unserer Buchung waren einfach und angenehm. Anfragen wurde schnell beantwortet. Das Haus und Grundstück ist gepflegt und liegt sehr ruhig. Man kommt von dort schnell zu vielen Ausflugszielen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hält alles bereit was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Gerne wieder.

Un peu vieillot

Le logement est un peu vieillot et est mitoyen avec un chien à côté qui gémi souvent. La piscine est très bien mais pas super entretenu avec des carreaux qui se décollent. La cuisine prenait l’eau quand il y a eu un orage et nous avons dû essuyer le sol et protéger la box internet de l’eau. Il n’y avait pas de produits d’entretien et nous avons dû acheter des éponges, pastilles lave vaisselles, lessive ainsi que les produits d’épicerie qui sont souvent dans les locations que j’ai pu avoir précédemment. En conclusion, logement correct mais sans plus, heureusement que la piscine a rattraper le reste.

Urlaub Finka Sa Pobla

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Check-in Vorgang hat mit der Schlüssel Box gut geklappt. Die Finka war sauber und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Allerdings musste alles eingekauft werden (Spülmittel, Schwämme, Küchenrolle, Klopapier, alufolie ,ect.pp.) Leider ging die vordere Klimaanlage nicht. Handtuch und Bettwäsche wurde nur 1x getauscht. Der Pool war groß, ein paar kleine Fliesen haben am Rand gefehlt. Aber das störte uns nicht. Zum nächsten Lidl & Eroski waren es 6min mit dem Auto. Zum Strand 10-15 min. Das war alles gut erreichbar. Die Lage im Ort ist sehr ruhig. Alles wunderschön.

Schönes Grundstück, ruhige Lage

Wir hatten viel Spaß und eine schöne Zeit, Der Pool ist eine wunderbare Sache und das kleine waschhaus neben an ist auch sehr praktisch, es gibt ein Grill, Geschirrspüler & 2 Toiletten mit jeweils Duschwanne. Gegenüber war eine Baustelle und ein einsamer Hund der ständig gewinselt hat, Salz Pfeffer Gewürze und reiniger waren leider nicht zu finden. Würde es trotzdem wieder buchen!

Correct address

Alles war perfekt. In der Beschreibung zur Finka muss aber erwähnt werden, dass unter dieser Adresse ein anderer Besitzer wohnt und der Eingang zur Finka 100m weiter ist. Die Finka ist rund und hat drei Eingänge. Der erste ist verkehrt und wir haben den Nachbarn um 21.30h gestört.

Sehr schönes Objekt, hätte nur sauberer sein können.

Das Objekt und die Lage sind der schön, es ist schön ruhig und man kann gut abschalten. Die Sauberkeit im Objekt und vom Pool ist verbesserungswürdig. Am Anreise Tag lagen tote Wespen und kleine Steine am Boden des Pools, außerdem war teilweise der Boden in der Finca voller Krümmel.

Sehr schöne Tage in schöner Finca

Insgesamt haben wir (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) uns sehr wohl gefühlt uns sehr schöne Tage verbracht und wir würden auch wiederkommen. Deswegen sind 5 Sterne als Gesamtbewertung auch angebracht. Das Highlight sind die grandiosen Außenanlagen und der 12 m - Pool, in der Größe wirklich etwas Besonderes. Doch im Einzelnen: Sauberkeit des Objekts Absolut gegeben. Bei mehrwöchigem Aufenthalt Zwischenreinigung und Wäschewechsel - sehr gut. Check-in-Vorgang Eigentlich ok, insgesamt im Vergleich mit anderen Urlauben aber irgendwie etwas umständlich (vorher schon Online, dann nochmal am Flughafen (Suche der Agentur), Objektkoordinaten dann per sms,...). Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats Weitestgehend sehr passend. Eine Sache: es ist keine freistehende Finca. sondern ein Gebäude mit drei Einheiten, die zwei anderen auf der Rückseite (weshalb es natürlich auch nicht 100% ruhig ist, wie bei alleinstehenden Häusern mit 3000 qm - es ist aber trotzdem natürlich eine ruhige Wohngegend). Hätte aber durchaus dabeistehen dürfen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur Persönlich (Telefon und persönliche Mails): top, jederzeit schnell, freundlich und kompetent Automatisierte Mails mit Zahlungsaufforderungen: müssten mal dringend überarbeitet werden, keine "Kunden"-kommunikation ("Sollten Sie die Kaution und Ökosteuer nicht fristgerecht bezahlen, kann Ihre Buchung ohne Rückerstattungsrecht storniert werden." in diesem Stil bei jeder Teilzahlung, nur als Beispiel). Lage und Umgebung Gut. Ruhige (s.o.) Wohngegend, keine Partys, kein Ballermann. 15-20 Min zum Meer sind ok. Sehr gut: in der Nähe eine kaum befahrene, ebene Laufstrecke entlang der Autobahn (1 Runde = 10 km), eher selten zu finden. Was gibt's sonst noch zu berichten Wie schon von anderen geschrieben könnte die Küchenausstattung etwas überarbeitet werden. Spülmaschine funktioniert bedingt, Besteck und Gläser könnten bei Vollbelegung etwas mehr und besser sortiert sein Dolores und Gabriel kümmern sich vor Ort um die Finca und sind super, sehr freundlich, immer und sofort hilfsbereit. Hierfür an dieser Stelle vielen Dank!
