“Struttura moderna, facilmente accessibile, camere ben riscaldate, doccia top”

“We stayed in one of the hotel apartments for 9 nights. It was nicely decorated, spacious, with a comfortable bed and handy kitchenette area with fridge. The location was great. We could easily walk into town and had a great choice of buses and the train station nearby. There were bakeries nearby and an excellent pizza place called Lievitamente a few minutes walk from the hotel. It just had a few tables for dining in, but the pizzas tasted amazing (best dough). We had a drink at the hotel bar one...

“Staff was very friendly and professional. We also received the guest mobility ticket in advance with instruction so we were able to use them throughout the trip. Laundry facility is available too. The room was neat and clean with improved bathroom.”

“Location molto bella, pulizia buona.

“Nicely renovated apartment with well equipped kitchen. Very friendly & helpful staff who gave excellent recommendations for close by attractions. On-site free parking & the hotel has wonderful Gasthaus too.”

“Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing...

“Property is in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes by bus to the main part of the city. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen has only salt and pepper so come prepared if you intend to cook, but there is a coffee maker and tea provided. Bed was comfy. Free washer and dryer in basement which was wonderful. There is no elevator.”

“Abbiamo alloggiato nell appartamento familiare: confort assoluto e ottimi letti.Assolutamente centrale, facilità di check in e out e ottima comunicazione sui vari step via wazzap! ”
