“Hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and receptive. Their dogs (hypoallergic poodles) were the cutest to play with and well-behaved. The room itself (Library Room) is cozy and rustic with more than enough things we needed. Some items like toothpaste are lacking but I'm sure that if you ask the hosts, you'll be able to get one anyway. Overall, the experience was incredible and I would recommend this place to everyone! “Unfortunately we had to wait 20 min for the room to be cleaned ehike we waited in our vehicle , but I also understand stuff happens. Front end staff and the lady that cleaned our room were very nice. The sound does carry quite a bit from the upstairs unit, especially when they wear their shoes. But again, it didn’t last too long thankfully. The room was clean, we got 10% off our meal and white foot and were offered a free breakfast voucher for the inconvenience for waiting for our room. ...

“Terrible. Would not recommend. Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom they gave us a 1 bedroom told me that is what I booked I have the reservation details in front of me and it clearly says 2 bedroom deluxe villa. The manager talked over me and was not very nice. I would not stay at this hotel ”

“The location itself was the draw to this resort, and it was worth the effort to get there. We found the area to be very relaxing and tranquil. There was only one night with some excessive noise by a neighboring cottage. Otherwise, it felt like we were there alone for most of the time we spent at the resort. It is a little older however they have gone above and beyond with adding the extras in the rooms then many hotels ie. on pillowcases it is embroidered what the pillow rates soft firm etc. what a nice little touch. Great location and lots of parking. Rates reasonable as well.”
