Hotel a Sa‘ar

“The place was great. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. We booked the basic room. We were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids. Upon arrival the reception person checking us in was super nice and informed us that they have upgraded us to the family villa which includes a private pool. It was unexpected as we did not even request an upgrade. This made the kids so happy, upon entering the room they got so excited when they saw the pool, they started jumping up and down of excitement. The hotel...

“The rooms were basic. The front desk was empty most of the time and we needed to call for someone to assist. The roof deck was filthy. But the location was excellent. Housekeeping did not come every day.”

“it's not like the picture I would not stay here”

“ambiance particulière et agréable d'un ensemble géré par association de volontaires.”

“מקום מהמם בצפון ישראל, צוות מדהים בניהולה של לילך שעוזר ומסייע בכל שאלה. אירוח קיבוצי אבל כזה שהצליח להתקדם. בהחלט נחזור שוב בהזדמנות ”

“Great place for a family vacation”

“Everything great”

“The location is great and they keep the hotel. Very nice. The breakfast was excellent…staff warm and friendly. My only complaints where they don’t offer any conditioner in the amenities and reaching the operator was tricky when needing assistance.”

“A great stay in the old city! The public parking was a nightmare (be warned), but our host was really lovely, the location was great, and the apartment was spacious and clean. I would stay here again!”

“1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

“הי ממש מעולה. החדר מדהים - אפילו יותר טוב מבתמונות. גם היחס מעל ומעבר למצופה. בטוח נחזור!”

“Between the sea breeze and the waves, I met a dedicated host at the German hotel. The place was clean and tidy, and right across the street I found a fish restaurant and children jumping into the cold water. Thanks to Mr. Peter and his charming assistant. Highly recommended!”

“Bellissimo hotel, la struttura è fantastica e il personale gentile e disponibile. Grazie”

“The location was ideally located right off the main highway and away from the tight downtown road. The place is clean and modern and all of us liked it. The guy at the counter is nice and very helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better. The hotel has a deal with the gym at the mall and it worked out great for us. I recommend it. There is parking on the facility but there are a few steps that you would have to go through to set it up but once set up it’s seem less. The staff will let you know...

“ottimo ! e molto accoglienti bell albergo super centrale”

“Our stay at Zidan Sarai Suite was incredible. We have traveled a lot and this is one of the most unique places we have stayed. The owner, Zidan, has done an amazing job in renovating his family’s place. No detail was overlooked to ensure his guests would have a memorable experience. Zidan met us at the property, gave us a tour of the suite along with the history of the building. Both, Zidan and his suite, are special. We will return to Acre just to stay here again. Thank you, Zidan, for...
