“Al camera prenotata - facente parte della struttura principale - era assolutamente inadeguata. Piccola, disadorna, poco pulitae soprattutto rumorosissima perchè vicina alla palestra e ad un bigliardino. A seguito delle rimostranze, nella indifferenza del personale, è intervenuta la proprietaria (?), una signora brasiliana molto simpatica e intelligente, che ha disposto la sostituzione con un lodge di 3 stanze molto buono. La valutazione complessiva quindi è data dalla media tra le due stanze....

“This hotel was definitely 5 star. Dinner was good. Breakfast was ok. Bed was a little hard but room was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the jungle. We only stayed one night didn’t see any monkeys but heard howler monkeys yelling. Hot springs were amazing! Except it could use some lighting down there for night time they are open until 8 but it gets dark at 6. Staff was top notch!!! ”
