“Personale un po' impostato, camere confortevoli, luogo incantevole”

“Al camera prenotata - facente parte della struttura principale - era assolutamente inadeguata. Piccola, disadorna, poco pulitae soprattutto rumorosissima perchè vicina alla palestra e ad un bigliardino. A seguito delle rimostranze, nella indifferenza del personale, è intervenuta la proprietaria (?), una signora brasiliana molto simpatica e intelligente, che ha disposto la sostituzione con un lodge di 3 stanze molto buono. La valutazione complessiva quindi è data dalla media tra le due stanze....

“Each room is like a private reehouse with a deck overlooking the volcano and the jungle. Wake up to the sunrise and sounds of many birds. The views are incredible. The staff, Larry, Luis and Francisco were incredibly helpful, taking care of every need and even coming to get us to show us monkeys on the property. “Excellent all around. The grounds, the food, the service, all fantastic. Plenty to do on site and more nearby (though not walkable). If you’re looking for something amongst the hustle and bustle, this isn’t it. It’s a wonderfully peaceful spot to stay amongst nature. Will definitely consider going back!”
