“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in una suite con 2 camere da letto e due bagni, più soggiorno e angolo cottura. Grandi spazi, letti comodissimi ed eccellente pulizia. Il personale è stato professionale e gentile. Buonissima e varia la colazione. Posizione ottimale nell’Old Port. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio gratis (era domenica) davanti la porta dell’hotel! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!”

“The location is perfect for a day in the city. Close to everything. The staff was friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange with the service offered 24 hours. I was transported at 3:20 am to the airport saving the cost of an Uber and assured safety at the hour. The gym was under renovations so I knocked off points for that the the lobby and care area are very tight so that’s not so appealing. However the rooms were large and inexpensive. The bed was very comfortable...

“A lovely hotel in the historic port area. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. A nice onsite restaurant with excellent food for diner and breakfast....shout our to our lovely server Halle! The area on each floor with refreshments and snacks that guests could help themselves to was a nice idea! The onsite valet parking was $45 per night which was a little steep as they actually parked the car off site....hopefully in a secure carpark?! Apart from that all was good.”

“Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. ”

“The stay was great! Affordable for a family (2 kids, 2 adults) Beds were amazing! Kids and I really enjoyed the pool and how late it was open. Front desk staff was incredible and super helpful and friendly. The interactions were genuine; not forced like typical chain hotels. Very refreshing and welcoming. With the new ownership and renovations it has drastically improved, I can't wait to take the family there again! Can't forget the free breakfast, delicious! No complaints from either...
