Classic oceanfront Maine beach house with private access to 7-miles of sandy beach in Ferry Beach.  Property is a duplex that can be rented individually or together with friends.  Unit 1 is the larger of the two units and is on the left-hand side when facing the property. 

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a pantry with a washer and dryer, and WIFI & cable TV.  Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, and access to a 600 square foot deck overlooking Saco Bay.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a smart TV, and bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk that can sleep 4 children (full bed on the bottom, twin bed on the top, and a twin trundle bed). All bedrooms have fans (no air conditioning but a nice ocean breeze).  There is also a full bath with a tub-shower combo on the second floor.  

The outside space is truly amazing.  On the top deck, there are two lounge chairs with ocean views as well as two patio sets (table, umbrella, and 6 chairs each) also overlooking the ocean.  The bottom porch is a covered porch with lots of additional seating.  The side porch has a large farm table that can seat 10 people, and the front porch has 4 additional chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the ocean air.  There is also an enclosed outside shower, a gas grill, a picnic table in the side yard, and a large parking area that accommodate up to 3 vehicles per unit in the front yard.
