Escape to a serene 3-bedroom cottage in Citrus Heights. This cozy retreat features a Master Suite with a Cal-king bed, a pack-n-play/crib stored in the closet, and a luxurious private bathroom. Second room features a twin daybed with a pullout twin bed and an additional twin mattress stored in the closet. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a sofa bed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. With amenities like WiFi, AC/Heat, a fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, and a washing/drying machine, guests can relax and unwind in comfort.

Enjoy a relaxing bath in the bathtub or a refreshing shower in one of the two bathrooms. Experience the tranquility of Citrus Heights at our quaint cottage. The cottage is surrounded with beautiful English roses, and landscaped with fruit bearing trees.

The perfect cozy Getaway for a relaxing and romantic escape, business travelers, extended stays, and family vacations. Enjoy all that Citrus Heights has to offer when you stay at our place.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, making you feel right at home. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries, along with plush towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. Extra towels can be found in the hallway closet.

For business travelers, our home is equipped with wifi, an ironing board, iron, steamer, and lint roller, ensuring you can always connect for work and look your best.

For families with children, we offer a yard of a little hearts dream, and a selection of toys to keep your little ones entertained.

For those that are traveling and love to visit the lake, bring your RV, boat, and jet-ski‘s, plenty of space to park, and Folsom lake is only 15-20min drive.

Additionally, there is a garage available where guests can park their vehicles securely. The garage also houses a dart board for entertainment and a laundry area, making it convenient for longer stays.

This will be a keyless entry and your code and instructions will be sent via message before your checkin hour.

Surveillance. - We have security cameras surrounding the property however none are in the home, views are of the front door, sides and back of the house, and the front of the garage. The device records audio and video 24/7.

Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house. Please note party’s are not permitted. More than 6 guests must be arranged prior to your stay, and there is an additional fee per additional guest not to exceed 8 guest total per rules and regulations within the city limits.

Wonderful family home.

Myself, my husband’s our two young kids as well as my mother stayed for 4 days. This house is awesome super kid friendly. They was basically everything you could imagine. Beds are super comfortable. Beautiful garden and a bunch of producing fruit everywhere.
