Welcome to your vacation home in Sacramento that you will visit year after year, featuring spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Don't miss out your favorite shows (Netflix), high-speed internet, comfortable beds and everything that you will need to have an amazing stay! This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Healthcare Professionals, Business Travelers, and Executives.
The space
**Based on the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra steps in disinfecting our homes. We have a zero-contact, self-check-in process.** Brand new home with 4 bed/2 1/2 bath with free on-site parking, WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen with all the amenities, laundry, and a 50" 4k TV with Netflix. Two beds are queen size 2 beds are full size beds. Our mattress will provide you with great comfort to rest at night. Relax with your family and our cozy living room enjoying watching Tv. We are located really close to Sacramento Downtown, Arden Mall and more. This home is a duplex and we rent bought sides. SEE YOU SOON!!!!

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guest.

- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a $300 fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We have a ring door bell at the front door for security reasons

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Lovely Stay

Our stay was wonderful. The place was exactly as described, easy to find and access. The home itself has very nice details with newly updated finishes. Host was accommodating and responsive to all communication. Place was clean and had just what we needed for our family. We didn't realize we were not as close to downtown as we thought (not really walkable) but nothing a quick Lyft ride couldn't help with! Very short and inexpensive ride to everything we wanted to do.

Horrible!Do Not Rent!

I reserved this VRBO for last weekend. We were going to a music festival. I asked the owner for the address and was not given it until a few hours before check in. We we’re traveling 2 and a half hours to get there. As my GPS was guiding me to this property I was getting very worried as we were getting closer. I was telling my sister surely this can’t be the neighborhood we are staying in😳 But it was! It was very unsafe. I will just leave it at that! When we got inside I was so shocked! It is tiny not “spacious”like the description says. It’s like an apartment really😡 But that’s not the worst thing. It is absolutely filthy!!! The walls are so dirty and the baseboards are gross! Sure the beds were made but that’s about it. Broken toilet paper holders, big gashes in the walls, towels that looked like they were from the dollar store years ago. The ad says it’s a “new house” there is no possible way this is true!!! The whole entire description is untrue. Needless to say I did not stay! I called the owner immediately and asked for a refund which he refused. I have rented so many and VRBO’s and this has never ever happened!!! I hope he never rents this disgusting house again😡
