    Please log out of streaming accounts before checkout. Professionally cleaned with 24/7 support.

    Guests have full access to the entire home. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

    Mailbox access is not available. Amazon deliveries may be made to the door at guest discretion.

    AC note: Please keep thermostat at 72°F or above. Lower settings may cause the system to freeze and temporarily stop cooling.

    Getting around: The home is best accessed by car, with free parking available. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Downtown and Midtown are a short drive away.

    We are available 24/7 via Airbnb, text, or phone for questions, support, or local recommendations. We respond promptly to ensure a smooth stay.

    For safety, the property includes a front door exterior camera (facing outside only) and an interior NoiseAware device that monitors noise levels only, with no audio recording.

    * Quiet hours after 10 PM
    * No unregistered guests
    * Check-in after 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM

Cute and cozy

The house was very clean and cute inside. I would definitely stay here again. We came down for an event and it was nice to have a place that was clean and affordable to stay that was bigger and more convenient than a hotel.

Nice sized home, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet at night. Lots of amenities which made it nice. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Convenient to UC Davis

This location was very comfortable and close to UC Davis. We were visiting a family member at the hospital and for us it worked out perfectly.

Very Clean

Home was very clean and the big back yard is perfect! Noah was super easy to work with and check in was super easy! Would recommend if traveling to Sacramento. Also very easy access to the Golden 1 Center.

very nice property and the communication with property manager was excellent. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped...no serving bowls, 5 dinner plates that were chipped, and two bread plates. Otherwise I have no complaints...location was great

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

I needed to place for my daughter and I to spend a few days following her ankle surgery at UC Davis. This home was perfect, one level, no steps, and 5 minutes to UCD. The home was clean and comfortable, with good linens and towels. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare basic meals, and washer and dryer was a plus for clothes and towels. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe, people out walking their dogs during the day and nothing crazy going on at night. Overall a very nice stay for the price, would stay here again.

Absolutely horrible are of town!

The neighborhood is very dangerous at night. When we arrived there was a homeless person in the front lawn. No lights on in front of the house. Very dangerous area. No access to the drive way as it was blocked. Very very unsafe. I would not stay here and would advise anyone to look for a new place. Contacted the manager of property and he didn’t care and told me to contact Vrbo. Stay away unless you want to be assaulted or robbed. Seriously this area is extremely dangerous.
