Benvenuti nella vita facile in questo elegante e accogliente cottage e lussureggiante giardino privato recintato. La zona giorno è arredata con mobili eleganti e confortevoli, la TV da 55 "ha 220 canali via cavo, Showtime e Netflix per il tuo divertimento. WiFi incluso
Appoggia la testa su un letto King Serta con lenzuola in puro cotone 100%. La camera da letto ha tende oscuranti, ventilatore a soffitto e spazio per disimballare con cabina armadio e cassettiera.
Il bagno ha asciugamani in cotone 100%, una vasca piastrellata / doccia combinata.
La cucina dispone di cucina a gas con forno, frigorifero / congelatore e forno a microonde, fornita di stoviglie, pentole e padelle / utensili, macchina per caffè Keurig, caffè di base e olio da cucina / spezie sono forniti.
Riscaldamento e aria condizionata centralizzati Nest.
Vialetto privato è tuo per il parcheggio fuori strada sicuro. Patio / Yard è privato e completamente recintato per la sicurezza della famiglia pelosa.
Costruito nel 2007 come un locale suocero annesso, ha la propria porta anteriore e posteriore ed è separato da una lavanderia / sala condivisa.
Cammina fino a Old Town Roseville e goditi i suoi numerosi ottimi ristoranti. La piazza della città vanta concerti all'aperto, spettacoli automobilistici, birrerie all'aperto, fiere artigianali e serate di cinema. Tutto gratis!!! Oppure puoi goderti una piacevole escursione / giro in bicicletta lungo il torrente sul Sentiero dei Minatori. Due ospedali, Sutter e Kaiser, si trovano a 2 miglia. Placer Fair Grounds e la pista americana sono solo in fondo alla strada. Auburn è di 13 miglia, Newcastle è di 6 miglia. È poco più di un'ora per ammirare le maestose Sierre.

Roseville è la casa delle Southern Pacific Railroads e sentirai i treni mentre sei al cottage.

This little cottage was perfect for what we needed. When I tell you Faye thought of everything I mean *everything*. There was a lovely gift basket, every toiletry item imaginable, I don't think I've ever seen a place so well set up. The little garden outside is beautiful, the neighborhood is really nice too. Everything was perfect and Faye was very friendly but also let us keep to ourselves which I appreciated since I'm definitely on the shyer side. 100/10 would stay again! Thank you, Faye!

This was one of the nicest vacation stays I've ever had! The cottage is beautifully appointed with everything you could ever need for comfort (and even luxury - the bedding was exquisite!) The TV offered all of the streaming options. The WiFi worked perfectly. The private yard/garden was truly lovely -- also quiet and peaceful like the cottage. And the host was friendly and instantly responsive. I can see why this property has gotten so many 5 star ratings, and I can't wait to return!

Location was close to our family and friends. Neighborhood had lots of parked cars.We appreciated the extra touches with hangers, soap, and treats. Cottage was cute and clean having everything you need. We would recommend regular coffee though.

We love the privilege of being able to stay at the enchanting cottage. Wonderful amenities greet you upon check in. Excellent location for us, close to friends in the area and great freeway access in charming Roseville. I hope we get to stay many more times!

The cottage is absolutely darling, comfortable and well-appointed. The yard was perfect for our dogs…they loved it! And it is a short distance to cute downtown Roseville and the Galleria mall. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend! We will be back

Cozy cottage was very clean and comfortable. It had a very comfortable bed and we slept very well. We appreciated the extra touches: lights left on, snacks and bottled water, parking right in the driveway and visible from window. Very cute and well maintained backyard. Couldn't ask for anything more.👍👍👍

What a cute little cottage with all of the comforts of home and clean!!!. The bed was comfy and we slept so well with peace and quiet. We loved having a kitchen and well stocked with pots, pans and etc. Faye was very responsive when I messaged her. I give this stay a 10/10. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

Faye made out extended stay to visit our new grandson a pleasure and delight. The use of the grill allowed us to have them over to visit some. All that we needed was there and her attention to detail was superb.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage close to old downtown Roseville. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and breweries nearby. The property is very well maintained and the private yard was very cute. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a 2 part stay with Faye as part of our visit to see our grandson. It was the second location due to our having arrived earlier due to our grandson's premature arrival. Faye had the perfect location for as as she was only one house away from where they lived. Not only was the location perfect, but "Sophie's Cottage" was everything we needed due to Faye's being the perfect host. There was everything we would need in the small kitchen, and the bathroom was well stocked. She even had a shelf that provided items we may have forgotten to pack. The bed was very comfortable. The small garden that could be seen from the bedroom was beautiful and with a table and chairs and a grill, it allowed for a nice location for my wife to do some work as well as having our daughter, her husband, and the baby over for a couple of evenings. The overall location being just off a main road that connected to a major highway that connected a north-south connection to Sacramento and north to Tahoe. It also is well withing walking distance to downtown Roseville. We found a Trader Joe's that was a longer walk but enjoyable. Nearby were parks and bike/walking trail. We will back to Roseville thanks to Faye's having provided us with such a beautiful experience!

Sophie’s cottage was the perfect home to stay for a weekend in Roseville. Very cute, quaint, had absolutely everything we needed. Faye was generous enough to help us get more propane for the bbq when we ran out. She was a great host! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This little cottage is too cute! Just what my daughter and i needed for a busy weekend. We arrived late the first night and it was easy to find with the lights lining the driveway path. We walked in and a basket of treats were waiting for us. This place exceeded our expectations and we also enjoyed the backyard. Only downside was not having enough time! Roseville is a cute town and if we ever return i will be sure to book my stay at Sophie's cottage!

We came to town to visit family in Roseville, Auburn and Meadow Vista. We just needed an affordabel place to sleep comfortably. This cottage was the perfect size plus good location. It was a very hot weekend and the a/c was wonderful. When we needed help with the cable set-up, our Host immediately came over and lent us a tablet so my husband could watch golf (wasn't necessary, but my husband appreciate it). And shortly after we left to go out, she came back and got the cable up and running. We highly recommend this cottage. NOTE: this cottage is near a train track and we never heard it. :) Added bonus was the basket of snacks the Host had for us.

We loved Sophie’s cottage! Beautiful private garden, and lovely inside also! Welcoming details, very thoughtful host. The bedding and furniture were very comfortable and it was very quiet. We felt tucked in and relaxed!
