Ample parking and very good breakfast buffet were a definite plus. Exercise room was great with tread mills. Rooms were spacious with small refrigerators.

This place is great for families. The staff was accommodating. The common area is used for a nice breakfast and at night they set up games and play sports on the tv. It was a great experience.

I only stayed the night , room was good but the morning breakfast was not . Only eggs , biscuit with gravy ( no meat selection ) everything else was ok .

The hotel was very clean and pleasant, main down side was the thin walls, we could hear everything from the room next door and they were quiet noisy until 2am. The beds were not as comfortable as we would like but overall the room was very nice.

There’s a good and bad things about the stay we had in this hotel . Let’s start with the bad one …We come here all the time and booked a 2 night stay this time . We were not informed upon check in that we need to inform the staff if we want our room clean . When we came back at night after a busy day , our room was still a mess and when we call the desk they only told us that we only clean if you tell us to clean it . We are expecting it made up since it is a hotel and not airbnb. Staff told us it was like that since Covid . We would understand if it was communicated to us during check in and also considering we’ve been to this hotel several times since pre and post Covid we know that this is not true because we had no problems from our previous stays . We just don’t like how the staff handled this when we asked them . It seems that it was our fault for not asking them to clean the room . They said there was a miscommunication . I mean it is only considered as such if it was communicated and the other party failed to understand. But if it wasn’t communicated at all in the beginning then it is not miscommunication . We would appreciate if staff handled this type of complaints in a professional manner and not being rude . They may need in -service for this . Now let’s go to the good side …I will commend the cleanliness of the breakfast area and the breakfast itself . It was nice and the service crew was efficient . Parking is good and location is convenient .

Nice stay
Very comfortable stay for a local baseball tournament. Room was clean and good size. Lobby was inviting and great for social gathering with some games and entertainment for guests. Free breakfast and free parking. Walking distance to food options.

Cheap. Breakfast could use a little more effort but the woman working it is great. Bathroom had a NAASTY odor and the shower not clean. Living room tv didn't work This is not a nice hotel its an OK hotel next to the freeway

We discovered the window open in the room, making it cold and noisy, as we faced the freeway. After closing the window, we found that the room had no air, or fan, the electrical panel didn’t work. The only way to get air was to have the window open, and it was in the 30’s! When mentioning to the front desk, he replied “I’m the only employee in the hotel”! We received no apology or discount, it was frustrating. The employee who works the breakfast bar was the highlight of the hotel. Very nice and courteous!

Sadly my family had to stay her for a month. The staff was really nice, parking was good most of the time, hot tube was great, laundry on site was very helpful, gym was nice just not enough equipment. The things that are not good: every weekend they have a BUNCH of kids for sport so it’s VERY loud. Kids running up and down the halls or being very loud in their rooms next to us. The breakfast was ALWAYS THE SAME :/ got very boring. The eggs are weird and taste fake. And last getting my room cleaned was hard! They either wouldn’t come, or come when I was taking a nap I ended up cleaning my room myself a few times. Again very nice staff but for the price I’d suggest somewhere else.

Nice place to stay!
Made it very easy on us traveling with a dog and gave us a ground floor room. Also accommodated a late check out because of a family event. The breakfast area was very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but could use some extra pillows. Road noise made it difficult to get to sleep. Noisy people in the hall woke us up early. Nevertheless it is a great location and the people working there are very nice. We will be back.
