“Had a great overnight stay in downtown Redding. Found this jewell of a property. Would stay again if in the area again! Great little Mexican place a block or two over as well as dougnuts!”

“This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! “Weird check in. Employee kept running away, literally, to check on rooms. People loud in pool until almost midnight. Freeway noise. Not great.”

“We only stayed for 1 night. Property was fine condition. Recommendation: sweep the room for spiders and webs. They should check the rooms the day of someone’s staying and clear out spider webs. We walked through multiple spider webs. We also had spiders on towels. It was a nightmare for our 10 year old.”

“On a road trip with my family we arrived late in the evening the hotel staff was very nice. Checking us in when I got up to the room. There were no working lights except for in the bathroom. I went to call the front desk, but the phone did not work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and requested another room they were I was told there were no rooms and that they would let maintenance know about the lights in the phone. “Staff was excellent, the room was clean. My only issues were the noise from the freeway and the smell. The hallway smelled like a wet dog and in the morning it smelled like coffee and food (not in a good way). Mind you I was on the 3rd floor and it smelled like coffee. I did love how they had dove products including hand soap. Also be mindful of area, it’s next to some warehouse, motel 6, and pretty much nothing else, lots of trailer trucks are parked there. Didn’t feel like safest area.”

“Very very plain and simple Hotel. It was clean and new but felt cheap and no amenities that were really useful. They do not have free breakfast they do not have a swimming pool they do not have a fitness center they do not have an area to hang out outside your room no bar no jacuzzi just a bed I don't even think they had a bucket to put ice in I had to go ask the front desk if I recall. Like literally the most simplest basic room ever and kind of expensive for what it was. Very boring with...

“Good stay, clean and quiet”

“Favorite were Sunny. Heather and Alex They were remodeling and only inconvenience was getting new tv to get reconnected and easily done over phone… Hot water needed a little regulating but didn’t interfere with having a good shower just dialed to cold and it was warm and felt good pressure… Pool area clean and even had a barbeque you could use very clean.”
