“Heel leuk hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad had wel warmer mogen zijn maar in onze suite hadden we gelukkig een leuk bubbelbad om onze dagen in af te sluiten, enige wat miste op de kamers waren badjassen (om van en naar het zwembad te gaan) en slippers voor diezelfde reden. ”

“The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return! ”

“A beautiful pension type stay in the middle of Cochem close to the castle. The hosts offer a great variety of services and help and are very friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to try Apfel Strudel on the patio with a glass of wine or the house Schnaps!”

“The castle view room is worth it. The balcony is as nice to relax on at night. There is no A/C, however there was a fan in the room. It didn’t keep the room cold could probably use a bigger one or a second fan in the room. We had a very early train and the hotel accommodated a very early breakfast for us. Excellent location, quiet area within walking distance of everything - highly recommend.”

“Schön zentral gelegen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Hotel etwas eingeschränkt, da es ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist. Aber hier kann man im Hotal einen Garagenplatz mieten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an der Altstadt in der Nähe des Marktplatzes. Das Frühstück mehr als reichlich mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Zimmer ist modern und sauber, der Badbereich ebenfalls. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert ”

“Very modern and spacious room. Plenty of space for the family to feel comfortable. Surprisingly modern inside with a fan/light in the main bedroom and comfortable beds in both rooms. Spacious toilet with an amazing shower. The view from the terrace is special overlooking the Moselle river. This area in Germany is a hidden gem. The town itself the hotel is in is beautiful and so is Cochem. Would definitely come again and stay in the same hotel”

“Wir hatten ein sehr schönes langes Familienwochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr freundlicher - und vor allem kinderfreundlicher - Wirt, mit viel Verständnis für ein mässig gut gelauntes Kleinkind. “Wir haben selten ein so freundliches Personal erlebt. Total bemüht und wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, eher in der Qualität als in der Quantität aber das war voll ok. Wir hatten eines der noch nicht renovierten Zimmer, welches aber sehr sauber war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen alleine wegen des Personals/der Eigentümer gerne wieder.”
