We had a wonderful fall getaway at this home. We took advantage of the bounty of the farm stands and cooked everything from Thanksgiving dinner to breakfast in the kitchen. The table was a wonderful gathering place and the cozy fireplace in the living room set the perfect vibe. We also loved the proximity to wonderful nature and beach walks and to Sag Harbor. What a beautiful spot and the hosts could not have been more wonderful - from welcome flowers on arrival to allowing us a little extra time on our last morning they truly displayed a gift of hospitality and care.

Even in autumn (with the pool closed and covered) the backyard is lovely, peaceful, and serene.
On a beautiful walk less than a mile from the house.
So many lovely places within an easy drive and wonderful kitchen to cook in after shopping at the farmstands.

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Labor Day Weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and functional for our needs. The location was perfect- close to the beach, Main St, and other areas of the island. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. I would recommend this home to others looking for modest & affordable place to stay while staying in Sag Harbor.

Cute character filled home with an oasis of a backyard with a stunning pool. Very convenient for Sag, 15 mins or so to ocean beaches abd serene green farm stand 1 min drive away. Nicely appointed kitchen and comfy living rooms.

Glorious vacation

We had a picture perfect week in Sag Harbor. The weather was perfect every day and all our plans worked out. We loved the Seashell house and especially the backyard and the pool.

Fantastic House- literally minutes from Long Beach

My family and I stayed here for a week this summer. The house and its amenities are great. The basement suite and bathroom are modern and the house is clean and well stocked. Stan is a thoughtful, responsive and reliable host. The highlight of the house is its secluded backyard, patio, clean and gorgeous salt water pool. It’s also so close to sag harbor, as well as 1 minute from groceries, restaurants and liquor store. We have been renting in the hamptons for years and this house is amazing

Amazing stay!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at the seashell! The property was just as described – and even better! The house was appointed in a lovely way. Everything was well stocked and super clean. The location close to Sag Harbor in Long Beach could not be Beate. The real treat was the backyard and the lagoon like pool. Our children had an absolute wonderful time at the house and at the pool. Our host were super responsive and lovely to coordinate with. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect two weeks!

The Seashell is a terrific property and Stan a great host, had the place ready for us and was responsive to anything we needed. We even had the good fortune to extend while we there. And the backyard...amazing. Would 100% rent again.

Great easy visit to the south fork!

Great property for family stay! 2 bedrooms on top level, one each on main level and lower level. Back door security doors for kids pool access was a great bonus. Walkable beach access was huge! Long Beach is a bit pebbly closest to the house but kids loved it. About a half mile down there’s a great sandy beach for swimming. So nice to not have to navigate Hamptons private beach weirdness. Sag Harbor is the best town on the south fork for visitors!

Hampton vacation

Alex and Stan were amazing hosts and so responsive with our questions. The house is very clean and well kept and has everything you could ever need. The pool area is truly resort like and made for such a relaxing experience. The house is a short drive to town with amazing restaurants, shops and farmers market and also a quick walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay with our family and absolutely would book here again and plan to return in the future! Thank you Alex and Stan for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful

It was an awesome week for our family! The house is well maintained, clean, comfortable - everything we wanted. It has a great proximity to the North and the South Fork. It is easy to take advantage of both. Our hosts were great and responsive. We had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Great time in Sag

Great time at this house. The backyard was amazing and the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool! A short walk to Long Beach and a quick drive to Main Street made for a very central and easy location. A great place and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Outdoor space is a real oasis

Well-appointed spaces inside, and the backyard is positively resort-like. The proximity to the beach was convenient, too. Alex & Irma were responsive, hospitable, and lovely to meet. We had a wonderful vacation -- all the convenience made it actually possible to relax.

Lovely stay on the east end!

We had a wonderful time at Alex and Irma's house in Noyack. It had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. We loved having rooms on different levels and enjoyed the finished basement space - especially the shower! Our favorite part of the house was the gorgeous backyard and incredible pool!! We we out there every day for many hours. The house was clean, well kept, and kid friendly. The only couple issues we had were cable TV that didn't work (but there was access to AppleTV and other platforms that worked great) and some traffic noise from being on Noyack Road. Minor issues for sure that would not keep us from renting again. Everyone slept well (beds were very comfortable!), all amenities were top notch, and we really enjoyed our weeklong trip. We hope to return again!!

Beautiful stay in the hamptons!

This home is perfectly situated in Sag Harbor…a walk to the beach on Noyak Bay and a 10 minute drive to town! And close to so many other sweet towns! Our host was fantastic! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful house with pool in Sag Harbor

We spent a wonderful couple of days at the beginning of summer. The pool in the private backyard was clearly the highlight, but the house and its many different rooms also gave us lots of room at night and guaranteed a wonderful stay.

Awesome Hamptons experience

We’ve never stayed in the Hamptons (from California). This place was amazing! Centrally located. Beach was right across the street. Downtown Sag Harbor was a 5 min drive and was the cutest town we saw in the Hamptons. The house was awesome for our family! New TVs/ appliances, Cumfy beds, etc. we’ll be likely staying here again on our next Hamptons trip! Love the property. Love the warm pool and lounging.

Paradise in Sag Harbor

We loved our stay here. We were a group of 6 friends and there was ample space for us all. The photos in the listing were really accurate, promising a tastefully decorated home and it certainly was. The kitchen was well appointed as was the outdoor grill. Pool area was also very nice. Loved the proximity to town and beaches. This rental is a no brainer!! Bonnie Mamaroneck NY

Great beach house

We loved our stay at The Seashell house. Alex was a great host. He was very communicative, available, and helpful. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated, and the best part is the backyard with the pool. My family and I had a lot of fun in the pool. We saw several beautiful sunsets at the harbor beach, which is walking distance. There are great markets nearby and Sag Harbor town is just a 6 minute drive. Overall excellent experience!

It was great how close the house was to Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton towns and ocean beaches (short drives for all). Easy walk to the bay beach and a lovely farm stand. The pool was perfectly maintained and a true joy to be in.
