Vacanze Sagarakatte

We stayed again after our tour, and the hotel kindly kept our large luggage while we were away. However, the second room was very small, with windows facing another hotel where workers could see inside. We had to keep the shades closed, and the limited space made packing our luggage very difficult.

buon ristorante a buffet con ampia scelta sia per la cena che per la colazione. Ottimo servizio concierge per trasferimenti privati per visite clienti

The staff were lovely but when you check in they do the up sell. A suggestion is send it out a few days earlier so you can make a good selection instead of when you are tired and just want to go to your room. We put laundry in at 6:30 pm and got a phone call at 1:36 in the morning asking if we got our laundry, hot happy. Had a shower and the drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom and passage. On checkout check your bill carefully as the accounting is not very good. They tried to charge us for things we had already paid for. It seemed like a mistake but when you have to pay for you room in advance and it's added to you bill again, I'm not sure. And other things we paid for were added as well.

Good experience ! Everything matching the expectation !

Ottima accoglienza. Prezzi in equilibrio con la qualità dei servizi. Costi un pò troppo elevati per il ristorante.
