On the first floor, you’ll find an entryway with a separate restroom and sink, as well as a washer and dryer (detergent not included).
The open, modern, and very well-equipped kitchen features a central island with bar stools, a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a raclette oven.

The bright living room includes a dining table, a large sofa, and a Smart TV with cable channels, and opens onto a beautiful terrace furnished with a table, chairs, patio furniture, and lounge chairs. The electric blinds are controlled by a home automation system for optimal comfort.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and a closet, and a second with a double bed and a dresser. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a toilet, storage, and a hair dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available.

A play and work area rounds out the space with a desk, a foosball table, and a single sofa bed for a fifth guest.
