“I only stayed for one night but wishing I stayed for longer now! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the space, the bedroom was comfortable and clean, and gave a very homey b&b feeling. I took transit and found it fairly straightforward to get to. And its an easy walk to the Tennyson monument! Would definitely recommend!”

“It was a wonderful stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It was beautifully furnished and decorated, and perfectly situated near the ocean with a small town nearby. The only thing I want to mention is that I wish we could drop off our bags before check-in, but I understand the situation. Also, public transportation was a bit inconsistent, but that's not the hotel's fault—just something for travelers without a car to be aware of!”

“Stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay.Was greeted by very friendly staff who showed us to our room which had a balcony with lovely views of the sea and Isle of Wight in the distance. Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Had dinner one of the evening’s and I must say was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had,My wife had the fish and chips and was as happy as me with her choice. Breakfast was very nice too. Lovely big beer garden with plenty of seating...

“If The Ivy did hotels this is what they would be like. Beautiful decor, quirky layout and lovely hidden garden. Room felt luxurious and the bed was super comfy. We ate in the garden which was very relaxed, such a pretty setting. The breakfast was superb, eggy brioche with bacon was delicious and the continental selection was very high end. Latte and Americano coffees included which we've noticed that some hotels have started charging for - not good when you are paying a premium for your stay....
