Outside, you will benefit from a vast shared terrace of 150 m² bordering the heated swimming pool, accessible from 27 March to 7 November. A large table, garden furniture and a plancha complete this shared space, perfect for dining or simply enjoying sunny days.



Inside, the studio offers a functional living area combining the lounge and dining space. The lounge sofa is convertible and transforms into a comfortable double bed (140x190) accommodating 2 people for the night. A television is also at your disposal for your relaxation.



Opening onto the main room, the kitchen has electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay.



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, located opposite the kitchen, completes the studio's facilities.



One free outdoor parking space is available on the grounds, just in front of the house.
