It features a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 3,400 m² garden. - A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC
- Powder room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
