Excellent accommodation

A modern, spotless, and very well-equipped apartment located in a charming town with authentic Norman character. A supermarket and bakery are within walking distance, adding extra convenience to the stay. It’s a perfect base for exploring the landing beaches and various museums in the area. We enjoyed four wonderful days here. Communication with both the owner and the concierge was smooth and efficient. We highly recommend this apartment!

Très agréable séjour

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter les plages du débarquement, Caen et les environs. Proche de la mer.village agréable calme avec commerce de bouche à proximité . Cabourg et Deauville ne sont pas si loin… Très agréable vacances en famille.

Bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé un bon moment et de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Un grand merci à Isabelle qui nous a bien accueilli et conseillé. La station est sympathique et les commerces vraiment à proximité. Je recommande.

Top accommodation.

Really nice location for visiting the Normandy beaches. Amazing accommodation to a very high standard. The owners really looked after us and answered queries quickly. Told us where all the shops and facilities were in the initial brief. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung

In einem gepflegten Apartmenthaus befindet sich im ersten Stock die helle Wohnung, die komfortabel ausgestattet ist und in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Der kleine Ort hat echten normannischen Charakter und bietet Supermarkt, Bäcker, Schlachter, Gemüsehändler, Bar-Tabac-Presse und eine lange Strandpromenade mit Cafés und Restaurants. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es in der Umgebung viel zu sehen - Caen, Bayeux Centre Juno Beach. Vielen Dank an Isabelle, die den Schlüssel persönlich übergeben, die Wohnung gezeigt und wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat.

Du très bien et du moins bien

Avec Waze,on s'est retrouvé du mauvais côté, le logement est à côté de la pharmacie . Les choses qui nous ont déplu : annonce avec internet(une priorité pour nous), c'était du wifi par un routeur, juste assez pour regarder ses mails. Donc,franchement déçus. On a vu sur le livret d'accueil que la fibre sera mise en place bientôt mais l'annonce ne le stipulait pas .Je l'ai signalé, je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Pas de WC à l'étage, escaliers bruyants donc souvent réveillé qd quelqu'un va aux wc.Matelas hypers mous,on a eu mal de dos tous les jours.Appartement spacieux et vraiment bien décoré. Lumineux. Place de parking bien que soit assez dur de manoeuvrer quand il y a des voitures déjà garées .Bien situé, pas loin de la mer à pied. Canapé confortable, lave linge avec sèche linge, grand frigo avec congélateur. Salle de bain : sèche serviette, jet d'eau hyper puissant, on a eu la baignoire bouchée, on a utilisé des produits pour déboucher. Eau des WC qui coulait, le propriétaire a envoyé très rapidement quelqu'un pour y remédier.

Beaucoup de difficultés pour récupérer les clés et le linge. Dommage pour Hervé mais je ne recommanderai pas cette location très agréable, bel appartement bien équipé et bien situé près de la plage et des commerces.

Very Nice VRBO, Highly Recommend!

Everything in the apartment looks brand new- the walls look like they were freshly painted, the furniture looks new, the apartment is nicely decorated, all of the appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer) look new. The apartment might have a slightly unusual layout for an American in that there is a toilet and sink downstairs, and the shower and vanity are upstairs with the two bedrooms. If you have to get up and use the bathroom at night, you’ll have to navigate the stairs (which are a little steep) to find your way to the toilet The living area has a Sony “smart TV” with Netflix, Prime, etc., if you want to watch with your online accounts. The Wi-Fi is about 5 Mbps and a little spotty at times. You have one small (by U.S. standards, normal by European standards) parking spot in a parking lot adjacent to the apartment. If you’re renting a car and need to park it here, don’t get a large car or you’ll have to park out on the street. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood, less than a 10 minute walk from the ocean and a small boardwalk with a small amount of restaurants, bars, a butcher and a bakery. There is an ATM right across the street from the apartment. It’s easy to get around by just walking. Herve and Isabelle are very responsive to questions and concerns. Herve will respond in French (of course, you’re in France!). Isabella is the person who will check you in and out of the apartment, and her English is great. If you get the bath towel package (7 euro per person) and/or the cleaning package (60 euro) and/or the bedding packages (I forget the price, I think 10 euro per person) they offer, you’ll have to pay her in cash when you arrive. If you don’t get those packages, you’ll have to bring your own towels, bedding, and you’ll be responsible for cleaning the apartment when you leave. Not having those things included in your stay automatically might be a little unusual for an American, so plan accordingly. Be advised that if you use the address for the apartment as shown on the VRBO page, you won’t find the apartment. Navigate to the intersection of Av. du Koenig and Pl. de la Gare instead. There is a small sand lot next to an upholstery shop on the south side of that intersection. That is where you will meet your host and there is where the gate to the apartment and its parking lot is located. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back again.

Appartement très propre, moderne et proche de toutes commodités ! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre région même s'il était d'ordre professionnel. En effet, nous retrouver en fin de journée dans un si bel appart était vraiment très agréable. Un énorme merci à Hervé, le propriétaire, pour sa disponibilité et les réponses à nos questions ainsi qu'à Isabelle de la Conciergerie de Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer pour sa sympathie, ses conseils et son professionnalisme. Super week-end

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement lors d'un week-end. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux avec une superbe décoration et situé dans une petite résidence très calme, à proximité des commerces, plage, restaurants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle de la conciergerie de St Aubin qui a été très à l'écoute et disponible. Super week-end. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Idéal pour couplé avec enfants
