If you love the sun, you’ll love the large south-facing terrace. On the other side, the balcony turret lets you admire the sea while staying dry. You can enjoy the view from the living area as well as from two of the three bedrooms.

You’ll enter the apartment via a first flight of stairs leading to the large, south-facing furnished terrace with an awning.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find the kitchen open to the living room:

The kitchen, living room, and lounge area—complete with a sofa and TV—offer a magnificent view of the sea.

The balcony lets you enjoy this view from outside, and the small turret keeps you sheltered.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase. The apartment is a duplex.
You’ll receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Due to its seaside location, Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer offers a variety of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking. The favorable sea conditions make these activities popular among water sports enthusiasts.

The apartment is located right on the beach and on the pedestrian boardwalk in the town center, in the heart of the D-Day beaches and near Caen.

All public parking spaces are free in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer.
A bus serves the town.
