The Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, this charming, renovated fisherman’s cottage, situated in a quiet side street less than 300 m from the beach. It has a floor area of 138 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

It comprises a lovely 39 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of approximately 250 m².

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 39 m² living room with a sofa and a dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
-– A shower room with shower and toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3: three single beds (90x190)
- A TV for watching DVDs is provided

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 250 m² enclosed garden facing south and west
- A cobbled terrace facing south-west, furnished for enjoying sunny days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- The beach at Saint Aubin sur Mer is around 350 m away on foot,
- Visits organised by the tourist office,
- Tennis Club de Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

- Caen-Carpiquet airport: about 30 minutes by car.
