“We had a delicious breakfast both mornings that we ordered ahead of time with lots of options to choose from, so it is really fresh! They had a nice Social Hour that had some tasty snacks with wine, beer, soft drinks and I’m sure tea/coffee if requested. The room was really nice, clean and we had a fabulous shower. “We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, our room was very clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. The only thing we recognized that could use improvement was the landscaping. It needed more flowers and attention.”

“Our experience at the Victorian House was perfect! We enjoyed Cindy who treated us like family & was helpful & very attentive to us. Our room had a jacuzzi tub & a porch - both we loved! The breakfasts were without complaint - great variety & wonderful coffee!! The welcome party at 4 was sweet too!!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and happy hour were wonderful, our balcony room gave us a beautiful view of the ocean, we appreciated the staff. Only suggestion for improvement is to replace the cushions on the outside patio furniture. :)”

“The property is in a great location, just across the street from the marina and just a short walk to bars, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and quiet and a good size. There was no pool or hot tub. The parking is on site.”

“Wasn't oceanview it was a block off the beach. Not sure where the outside pictures were taken 🤔. We had to ask for more towels we were only given 2 towels for 2 adults for a 3 day stay. Bathroom tap water smelled bad. We were put in a room that had college students in the rooms on both sides of us!!! They were very loud and gathered in front of our door until 3am. (Partying and fighting.)We were very disappointed that the staff allowed this to happen. Would not recommend.”

“Very walkable spot to the unique historical St. Augustine. Wear decent walking shoes. Clean room, food was good, nice to sit in the rockers on the 2nd floor after a long day. Scenic spot. Easy parking! ”
