“I had an emergency and spoke directly with the manager. During that conversation, he told me that if Expedia approved the refund request, he would honor it. However, when Expedia contacted the property, I was informed that he repeatedly disconnected the call and later stated that he never agreed to approve the refund. This directly contradicts what he told me during our conversation and has left me feeling misled and disappointed.”

“We had the handicap room and it was okay as we were both mobile and upright with cane use for assistance. However I frequently travel with a sister that uses a scooter/wheelchair and you should know some things. 1. The bed was way too high for someone to transfer to or from in a sitting position and for feet to be firmly on ground when sitting on side of bed. 2. The toilet was too low for a transfer to or from a scooter or wheelchair. 3. There was no cut out under sink for someone in wheel chair...

“Very nice place to stay with good location. Very clean and well maintained. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have hot water at the bathroom sink. For some reason it only came in Luke warm although the shower was always hot.”

“Didn't have extra sheets in the lake house, floors seemed like they could have use a good sweeping and mopping, it was a great location for downtown, plenty of space in the lake house, just really needed more towels, sheets, coffee and cream, usually the first evening we get there we use the laundry detergent provided, coffee, cream, salt and pepper till we get to the store in the morning none of that was available. I would definitely stay here again though I'll just make sure I've got that...
