This stone house is very spacious, bright and warm. You can enjoy the sun or the stars on these two terraces. One is an extension of the living room, the other offers a magnificent view of the plain. The farmhouse is home to two sweet and affectionate cats. They will be present during your stay.

Bicycles, body board, wetsuits for water activities and a 125 cm3 motorbike will be at your disposal.

Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan offers dozens of leisure, walking, swimming and discovery activities. In Saint Avé, the Tuesday and Sunday markets will allow you to do your shopping pleasantly. And in the village, many shops will meet your needs.

From Vannes, you can visit the Gulf Islands, the Ile au Moine or the Ile d'Arz, but also Belle-Ile en Mer. Various beaches are 30 minutes from the house, such as the beach of La Guérite for waves and surfing or the beach of Suscinio for a quiet swim with the family.

In the evening, Vannes is lively and many restaurants and cafes can welcome you. You can also taste seafood from local producers, by the water.

Finally, not far away, less than 30 minutes away, the exceptional sites of Carnac or Auvray will amaze the curious. Further on, the Branféré animal park will delight the little ones.
