You will appreciate its quality equipment, its decoration and its privileged geographical location for visiting the Loire Valley.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Not suitable for festive events.

The house
We offer for rent this family house, in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

The house has 4 bedrooms for 8 beds.

It is composed on the ground floor:
- Entrance with cloakroom
- Living room 1 with sofa, armchairs, TV and hi-fi system
- Living room 2 with sofas and armchairs
- Equipped kitchen open to the dining room: induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, basic necessities, etc.
- Very bright dining room overlooking the garden
- Separate WC
- Air conditioning to cool the ground floor

On the first floor, you will find:
- 1 bedroom with King size bed (180x200) overlooking the garden
- 1 bedroom with King size bed (180x200) overlooking the Petit Cher
- Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub
- Separate WC

On the second floor, you will also find:
- 2 attic bedrooms each with a Queen size bed (160x200)
- 2 bathrooms with shared shower

- Large terrace with garden furniture
- 9x4.5m swimming pool with secure electric curtain, outdoor shower
- Large landscaped garden with vegetable garden and pétanque court
- Hangar to accommodate 2 cars (and possibility of parking a third car in the driveway)
Traveler access
The house is the main residence of the owners, certain rooms and furniture are not accessible. All the parts described above are accessible.
Other remarks
Important information:
- Garden: the gardener comes every Wednesday morning to ensure maintenance. It is not possible to postpone your intervention. He is autonomous and does not need your presence during this half-day.
- Lawn: a robot lawn mower is programmed to mow at night, it is imperative not to leave anything on the lawn in the evening.
- Swimming pool: the swimming pool shutter does not have an automatic stop at the end of its travel, you must be very careful when handling it.

The price includes sheets and beds made upon your arrival, bathroom linen and cleaning upon your departure. Pool towels are not provided.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are available to you to start your stay.
