The surrounding area offers many activities, including visiting the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, exploring the oratory of Germigny-des-Prés, hiking in the magnificent Forest of Orléans, and the possibility of going for a walk by traditional boat on the Loire with the Passeurs de Loire.

On the ground floor, the living room with lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 cm, 2 double beds 140x190 cm, private bathroom with 90x90cm shower, double sink, separate toilet.
