Castaline, a charming studio flat situated in a beautiful 19th-century building, welcomes you all year round for a stay of a few days or weeks.
Fully equipped, it enjoys a lovely sea view and is just a few metres from Les Mielles beach.

Accommodation
Located on the first floor (with a lift) of a beautiful sea-facing residence (Villa Ar Vro), this 30 m² studio features a comfortable double sofa bed (140 × 190), a fully equipped and functional kitchenette (fridge, oven, induction hobs, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine…) and a shower room with a separate toilet. The property does not have Wi-Fi.

Secure entrance with a code.
The communal garden is accessible to all and the beach is right on your doorstep.
You have a designated parking space.

Communal laundry area
Located on the ground floor of the building, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer (accessible to all tenants; entry via a code).

Neighbourhood
Ideally situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood, close to all amenities (bakery, butcher’s, mini-market), shops, restaurants, bars, market…
Beach restaurant opposite the building during the summer season. Children’s club.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area: visits to St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte… For sports enthusiasts, there’s a tennis court 500 m away, a golf course 1.5 km away and a sailing school 100 m away.

The nearest railway station to Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is at Plancoët (approx. 15 km)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
