A former farmhouse and family home built in 1871 and renovated in 2023, the cottage will charm you with its spacious rooms, refined decor, and comfort. You’ll appreciate the peace and quiet of this place while still being close to tourist attractions: Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, Figeac, Cajarc, and more. We welcome you year-round, whether in winter or summer. Enjoy the outdoor area with the heated pool (June through September), as well as the indoor comfort provided by air conditioning in every bedroom. The entryway opens onto an open-concept living/dining room with a TV and fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a separate restroom, and direct access to the terrace and its 4x8 heated pool (depth ranging from 1.50 m to 1.70 m), secured with a bar-style cover. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a 160x200 bed and one with an 180x200 bed that can be converted into two 90x200 beds). Separate restroom.
