It comprises a 25 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a lounge, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden overlooking a river. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed (90×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine.

Exterior:
- Inflatable Jacuzzi, approx. 1.9×1.5 m, available from May 15 to September 15.
- A beautiful 400 m², private, enclosed, south-west-facing garden to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Clair-sur-Galaure, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are just a few kilometers away...
