Rural vacation rental for 7 people (accommodates up to 8) in the heart of Normandy, 20 minutes from the beaches of the Alabaster Coast and 5 minutes from the Rouen-Dieppe highway. This beautiful brick building has been renovated to blend traditional and contemporary styles, in accordance with the standards of the “Tourisme et Handicap” certification, which was renewed in 2021 (first floor accessible to guests with limited mobility). Brigitte, Antoine, and Justine will be delighted to welcome you to the Neuf-Moulin cottage (sleeps up to 8 people). They’ll share their passion for Normandy and their farming business with you. You’ll appreciate the cottage’s location for exploring the Alabaster Coast and its charming seaside towns (Dieppe, Étretat, Veules-les-Roses, Le Tréport, Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, etc.) and enjoy a variety of recreational activities (tree-top adventure courses, fishing, golf, canoeing, horseback riding, biking, hiking, amusement parks, bowling), as well as visits to castles, abbeys, museums, gardens, and wildlife parks.. You can recharge your batteries in a lush, green setting, with family or friends. Take advantage of the garden to spend time playing with your children. They’ll also be delighted if you take them to meet some farm animals near the cottage, which features the traditional architecture of the Pays de Caux. On-site, you can explore a hiking trail that runs along the beautiful Scie Valley. One of our meadows borders the Scie River, where fishing is permitted with a license. This cottage is attached to another cottage but is not overlooked, with its own garden and separate entrance. Noise disturbances are not tolerated. It is not possible to set up a medical bed in the bedroom. First floor: - living room/dining area/kitchen 52 m² (TV, DVD player, microwave, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment), wood-burning stove in the living room (wood available upon request: €4/basket), - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom accessible to guests with limited mobility: shower, sink, toilet, - separate toilet, - washing machine. First floor: - 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90 cm), - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) + 1 crib, - bathroom, - separate toilet. Baby equipment (high chair, crib, changing table, bathtub, potty). Underfloor heating on the first floor and radiators upstairs. Good wireless Wi-Fi Internet connection (remote work possible; we can provide a small desk upon request). South-facing terrace with patio furniture, barbecue, private parking, and enclosed garden.
