This charming 100 m² house in Saint-Cyprien, less than 500 metres from the beach, can accommodate up to 10 people. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. It comprises a living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen, three good-sized bedrooms, a shower room with WC, a shower cubicle, a separate WC, a terrace, a small garden and a garage for storage.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 20m² air-conditioned living room with two double sofa beds, TV and board games
- Bedroom 1: Two single beds and air conditioning
- Shower cubicle
- Separate WC
- A storage garage with a freezer, beach equipment, baby equipment, pet equipment, cleaning equipment and a washing machine.

First floor:
- A 20 m² dining room
- Terrace with garden furniture and Ban awning
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160×200) with wall cupboard and air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed (160×200) with wall cupboard and air-conditioning

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron (stored in the garage).

Ground floor:
- An enclosed south-east-facing terrace of around 90 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A south-east-facing outdoor area with furniture and parasol

First floor :
- A south-east-facing terrace (with garden furniture for 8 to 10 people and a Ban awning)

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
