Beautiful house with a swimming pool, just 15 min from the Atlantic coast

Very charming 18th century house to spend your holidays with family or friends. You will enjoy a bucolic setting with swimming pool while being only 15 kms away from the beautiful beaches of Longeville and La Tranche sur mer. The house is cosy and can accommodate 9 people thanks to 3 bedrooms and a large mezzanine with 2 beds.

The house is located in a small village 15 kms from the coast. It is a nice house adjoining a bourgeois-style house, in a 5-hectare-park (of which 1 hectare is a garden which is shared with the bourgeois-style house).

The house is rented with private access to a heated swimming pool during summer.
For long weekends of May and June, we offer access to the swimming pool for a fixed cost of €100 in addition to the cost of the house renting. This cost allows us to open and heat the pool.

The house is divided into two large parts:
The first part includes :
- A main room with a mezzanine equipped with a double bed and a single bed
- A well-equipped kitchen with direct access to a dedicated and private garden area
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC
The second part includes :
- A bedroom with two single beds on the mezzanine and a single bed under the mezzanine
- A room with a double bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC
The two parts of the house are communicating through the bathrooms.

There is also a laundry area with washing machine, ironing equipment and vacuum cleaner.

The house is located 15 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Vendée such as Les Conches, La Tranche sur mer.
You also have 5 mins away, access to the largest outdoor amusement park in the west of France, O Gliss parc (slides and swimming pools) and Indian forest (tree climbing)
Puy du Fou and La Rochelle are just over an hour from the house.
