For your vacation in Saint Cyr, Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this superb air-conditioned villa with swimming pool, garden, and summer kitchen. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is ideally located 650m from the shops, 1000m from the town, and 1200m from the large sandy beaches. You can park up to 3 vehicles on the property and leave it alone during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful living room consisting of an air-conditioned cathedral lounge. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped separate kitchen with its dining room. From the dining room area, you will have access to a terrace equipped with a table and chairs as well as a parasol for dining outdoors. From the living room area, you will have access to a second terrace with a table, chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc. overlooking the pool. For the sleeping area, you will find on the ground floor 2 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, and upstairs a 3rd air-conditioned bedroom, also open loft style, separated from the living room below by a large workshop glass roof. For amenities, you have a bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor, and a 2nd bathroom with toilet upstairs. Regarding the exteriors, in addition to the 2 terraces, you will find a large gravel-covered parking lot, a small garden area but also a summer kitchen on the side of the swimming pool equipped with a small fridge, a plancha, garden furniture and sail to shade you. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The house has been recently renovated and you have an internet box with wifi. This is the ideal rental for a family, couples, couples with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to explore the region without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach, and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Saint Cyr pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
