“We had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton Princess. The staff go out their way to meet your every need. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the Infinity pool and hot tub. We had an incredible dinner at Intrepid. Downtown Hamilton is an easy walk from the hotel. This is where we will stay when we are back in Bermuda. ”

I am 85 years and I walk with a cane my wife 82, and we were given a room about 4 kms from the elevator, the door lock when exiting didn't always work correctly, one staff member passing by helped me lock it but still did it a few times later, never fixed, Fairmont is famous for recognizing special events, May 7th was...

“Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questo resort. Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura, equipaggiato con forno microonde cucina a 3 fuochi e frigorifero. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma in complesso è tutto ben tenuto e pulito. La struttura ha anche una bella piscina che domina la baia di Hamilton. Il centro lo si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Ci tornerei ”

“This is a hidden gem. The location is lovely. The hotel is updated and spacious with a large pool, hot tub and sauna. Wilbur and Marla (staff) were exceptional. They were warm and welcoming and available to help whenever needed. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Bermuda but our time at Hillcrest was the exceptional. Thank you ”
