You benefit from a dedicated parking space just outside your front door.PGJyPg�PGJyPgWhen you arrive in the apartment (level 0), you will discover a large living room, with a new, modern and fully equipped kitchen. A lounge area with sofa, TV and a covered terrace with dining table and relaxation area.

By taking the staircase that goes down (level -1), you will discover a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, bay window, TV and storage cupboards for your belongings. The bedroom, located on the first floor, opens onto a small terrace with a nice green area.
On the same level is the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A second toilet is located on the living room level.

The second bedroom, located on the mezzanine, is accessible by taking the staircase that goes up (level +1) from the living room.
Here, a beautiful layout has been made to sleep comfortably. The mezzanine has a double bed with a bed base on the floor, a closet for your belongings and air conditioning.

In order to compensate for the frequent water cuts on the island, your accommodations are connected to a water reserve tank dedicated to you.

- A cleaning fee of €70 is to be given on the day of your arrival;

The entire apartment is entirely dedicated to you as well as a parking space. The large residence next to the apartment is private, you will have access to it thanks to passes that we will give you on your arrival.
Only the swimming pool remains reserved for the inhabitants of the residence and will therefore not be accessible to you.

The apartment has 2 internal stairs.
The entrance to the apartment is located on level 0 and the bedrooms are accessible by stairs:
- on level +1 for the mezzanine bedroom with double bed
- on level -1 for the bedroom on the first floor with double bed
