Ideal for get-togethers with family or friends, the villa features 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds, and 5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 12 people.
The villa has been tastefully decorated in the signature style of the Charles Latitude group. It is very well ventilated and spans two levels:
- Garden level: 3 large, air-conditioned bedrooms (160x200 bed) with pool views, each with its own en suite bathroom; a large covered terrace with lounge chairs and a seating area; and an infinity pool
- First floor: 1 large air-conditioned bedroom (160x200 bed) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom; a fully equipped open-concept outdoor kitchen; a large living room; terrace with ocean and pool views
It is located within the 8-hectare tropical park of the gated and secure Anse des Rochers residence and is a 2-minute walk from the beach. This beach is located within the private Anchorage residence. You’ll have access to the resort’s amenities: a beachfront restaurant and vehicle access.
You have the option to rent, in addition to Villa Cabanes, our Toucan apartment, which is equipped to accommodate 8 additional guests (located a 5-minute walk from Villa Cabanes) and offers a sea view of the private beach at Anse des Rochers.
The villa is equipped with a water tank to ensure a supply during any potential outages, as well as Wi-Fi.
During your stay, housekeeping service is provided daily except on Sundays.

Anse des Rochers Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe. It’s located in the town of Saint-François, which is Guadeloupe’s most beautiful seaside resort. It’s close to an 18-hole golf course, a casino, a water sports center, a lively marina with restaurants and shops, and a ferry terminal for trips to Guadeloupe’s other islands (Les Saintes, La Désirade, Marie-Galante, and Petite Terre). You’ll find plenty of local products at the daily markets and the night market (Tuesday evenings).
